At our workshop in Aberdeen, we recently integrated a Real-Time Wall Thickness Monitoring system into our flow loop setup, complementing our existing monitoring technologies such as Acoustic Sand Monitoring and UT Flowmeter. The Wall Thickness Monitoring system improves our ability to detect and address erosion caused by abrasive particles, while the flowmeter continuously measures fluid flow within the pipeline.

By combining all three systems, we can provide operators with deeper insights for flowline integrity and the ability to develop a comprehensive plan for proactive or predictive maintenance. A combined system helps operators to know if parameters remain within safe limits, guaranteeing the reliability and safety of the pipeline systems.
